Shroomin’ is an urban mushroom farm founded by Biplab Mahato, rooted in a deep love for fungi, food, and ecological well-being. What began in his mother’s backyard in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, during the pandemic has since grown into a small-scale, community-driven initiative now based in Bangalore.

At Shroomin’, Biplab supplies fresh, locally grown gourmet and medicinal mushrooms in small batches to food-conscious communities, rooted in traditional knowledge and the values of slow food, from seasonal harvests to sun-dried functional mushrooms serving across Bangalore and ship-dried mushrooms pan-India.

More than a farm, Shroomin’ is a growing ecosystem for storytelling, workshops, and thoughtfully crafted mushroom-based products honouring our deep connections to nature, culture, and one another.

Valley Culture India sources all the raw materials from the communities in and around the Himalayas. Pure, healthy, and organic, the raw ingredients at Valley Culture are selected carefully to deliver a pack of superfood made with conscious efforts.

Working hand in hand with the farmers and women of the communities, Valley Culture India empowers the women workers to grow, pound, and extract food through the traditional methodologies, further ensuring the intactness of the nutrients in the traditional food being offered.
