All orders are shipped directly to you by us or the designer. If your order includes items from multiple sellers, items from each seller will ship as separate shipments.

Order Processing Time

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Customs & Import Duties
If your order is shipping internationally, customs and import duties may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note:
We do not offer refunds for shipments abandoned due to non-payment of customs duties.
In the event that customs authorities raise issues with the item, we will provide a copy of your invoice to assist with clearance. However, if this is not sufficient and the item is held or returned, we are not liable for additional charges or return shipping costs.
