Not happy with your order? No problem 😊
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or for any questions about returns, you can contact us at contact@nobordersshop.com. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. Only defective, damaged or wrong items can be returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 days of accepting your request.
Note: No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 7 day period.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), vintage items and items made by artisans (dhurries, spoons etc). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Handcrafted & In-House Items
Our in-house and artisan-made pieces — especially embroidered ones — may show small marks, stencil traces, or fabric pulls from the making process. These are not defects but signs of true craftsmanship, and we don’t ask artisans to redo them, as it causes them financial loss.
If an item is genuinely damaged, we will review it and may offer a partial discount (from our side — the artisan is still paid in full). Returns are not accepted for handmade imperfections.
We appreciate your understanding in supporting slow, intentional craft.
Designer Garments – No Cancellations or Exchanges
All designer garments are made to order. Once your order goes into production, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding, as each piece is crafted specifically for you.
Sale Items & Gift Cards cannot be returned
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
