Return & Refund Policy

At No Borders Shop, we work closely with artisans and independent designers. Many of our pieces are handmade or made-to-order, and we believe in being transparent about what that means for returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:
Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer
Items sent back without initiating a return request will not be accepted


2. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 5 - 7 days of delivery
  • Any issues (damage, defect, or incorrect item) must be reported within 36 - 48 hours of delivery

Requests made outside this timeframe will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 10 - 15 business days for the refund to reflect

    (Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 36- 48 hours at contact@nobordersshop.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

This helps us resolve your concern as quickly as possible.


5. Handmade & Artisan Products
Many of our products are handcrafted. Subtle variations such as:

  • Irregular prints or stencil marks
  • Minor fabric inconsistencies
  • Slight embroidery variations

are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.
In cases of genuine damage, we may offer a partial refund or store credit after review.
We do not require artisans to reproduce pieces due to natural variations, as part of our commitment to fair craft practices.


6. Made-to-Order Garments
Designer pieces are made specifically for you.

  • Once production has begun, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not possible
  • Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order


7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Made-to-order garments
  • Artisan made products 
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.


8. Sale Items
All items purchased on sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
