Vnya’s Jamun Vinegar is made from wild Jamun (Indian Java plum) grown in tribal forest belts, traditionally fermented without shortcuts or preservatives. The result? A deeply earthy, tart, and slightly fruity vinegar that feels like something your daadi might have kept in a glass bottle on the kitchen shelf used for everything from balancing a sabzi to cooling the body after a hot day.
