The pulp of this fruit is fibre-rich and gut-loving, traditionally scooped and stirred into sherbets during the hot months. Our Bael squash is made from hand-scooped, sun-ripened fruit pulp. How to Use
– Dilute with water or soda for a summer thirst quencher
– Add to buttermilk with a pinch of roasted cumin
– Stir into yoghurt for a traditional lassi-style drink
