BAKR’s unisex tee “Citrus” in Forest Green begins with a base dye of yellow, derived from the flowers of myrobalan. It is then hand-printed in rust black created through a natural fermentation of iron rust and molasses and layered with prints in natural Lac. After an initial wash, the leaves are hand-painted in an olive green made from a blend of myrobalan and rust. The garment is then hand-resisted using a traditional Japanese rice paste technique, before being over-dyed in our organic honey indigo vat.

This garment is hand printed and hand dyed in 100% handcrafted natural colours. Like a fine wine, it gets better with age; Faint bleeds and effects are its characters.
We recommend you hand-wash this garment separately in Luke warm water using mild detergents / delicate machine wash only.
