Chef Nida Ali was born and brought up in Madras and has been into cooking ever since she was a kid🌷
Solely Nida’s love for food is what has made her take this path and follow her passion. Her creative process is ingredient-driven and the recipes are structured around the ingredients available.
For this event, Nida has created a menu that is a mix of various regions of India and where she is from 🌱 She has curated a menu full of flavours flowing from Kashmir to Tamil Nadu in a contemporary style and is here to create an experience that cuts through with every bite 🍲
