Malta, the fragrant mountain orange of Uttarakhand, is less acidic and more floral than your typical citrus. We use thick, pulpy fruit, not commercial juice, giving it a bold and zesty texture. Naturally high in Vitamin C, this squash supports immunity and refreshes the body in hot weather.
